About Paige (pun intended)

I am the founder of Whole Health Whole Heart, LLC and a Holistic Health Practitioner, boy mama, educator, biochemistry nerd, lover of low tox living, biohacker, entrepreneur, wife, and goldendoodle mom. I am a lifelong learner trained in functional muscle testing, holistic nutrition, and always adding additional tools to my “clinician toolbox”.  My health and professional journeys intertwined in a "pain to practice" way as these tools & lifestyle are what truly restored my health.  I believe in foundational medicine so deeply that I made it my professional mission to help others as a Practitioner.
